MULTIPLE AWARD CONTRACT at the NAVAL SUPPORT

ACTIVITY, CRANE IN

AMENDMENT 0006: Questions/Clarifications 05/21/2014 - Continued question set

PHASE I

17. In amendment 2, section 00202 1.1.3, the requirements state that “Projects on the MECH MAC contract will require the expertise of all engineering and architectural disciplines; including, project manager, mechanical engineer, structural engineer, civil engineer (Registered in Indiana), electrical engineer, sustainable design, asbestos, and environmental. Special attention must be given to the durability of Government facilities.” Please advise if these are positions are included in the “key Personnel” reference sheets requested in Factor 1 Technical Approach 3. Corporate management.

RESPONSE: Section 00202 1.1.3, “Projects on the MECH MAC contract will require the expertise of all engineering and architectural disciplines; including, project manager, mechanical engineer, structural engineer, civil engineer (Registered in Indiana), electrical engineer, sustainable design, asbestos, and environmental. Special attention must be given to the durability of Government facilities.” This is for informational purposes stating that this contract could require any and/or all of the above named disciplines.

“Key Personnel” reference sheets requested in Factor 1 Technical Approach 3. Corporate management, is for individuals employed by your company who will have decision making responsibilities over the term of this contract and may or may not include all of the above disciplines. Also the key personnel reference sheets are résumés for your employees.

Proposal Receipt date remains Monday, June 02, 2014 @ 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
