About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the triennial maintenance requirements for two 15KW portable diesel generators located at the Nuclear Regional Maintenance Department Point Loma (NRMD-PL). The SOW specifies detailed maintenance tasks for Generator A (Serial #7DC5521MZM04633) and Generator B (Serial #7DC3574MZM0634), including replacing fuel pipes, clamp bands, and intake air lines, as well as checking fuel injector nozzle injection pressure, turbo charger, and injection pump. All replacement parts must be new OEM parts.
The maintenance period is scheduled once every three years, starting January 1, 2027, and ending December 31, 2030. The government will provide escorts and electrical connections for operational checks, while the contractor must perform all work on-site at NRMD-PL. The SOW does not include applicable documents or general notes, focusing solely on the specific maintenance requirements for these two generators.
