Text version

1.) Regarding Work Item 123-16-001. Paragraph 1.3.3.9 calls out for a WT 12 x 58# T. This would normally be a half section of a WF 24 x 116# beam. Unfortunately, the beam that size is made as a WF

24 x 117# which would make the split T at WT 12 x 58.5#. Will that size T be acceptable?

Answer: WF 24 x 117# is acceptable.

2.) Regarding WI 623-11-001 paragraph 3.1. The specifications call for 122 new rungs for each

BAM. There are a total of 18 tanks for both BAMs and seven (7) rungs per tank or a total 126. Which is the correct number of rungs needed for this Work Item?

Answer: 126.

3.) Will there be an opportunity for a ship check?

Answer: There will not be a ship check for this solicitation.

4.) Please confirm that the specifications reflect a grand total of 3475 ultrasonic readings for the entire project.

Answer: Yes, there is a grand total of 3475 ultrasonic readings.
