1.5.1 Pre Delivery Site Survey (PDSS): The vendor shall permit government personnel to visit the ship no less than 10 days and no more than 30 days after award date to conduct a PDSS. The purpose of this PDSS shall be to, at a minimum, identify lay-down locations of GFE/CFE equipment, identify locations of electrical sources, and limit potential obstructions to SURTASS-E operations.
1.6 Redelivery: Norfolk, VA
1.7 Charter Period: Firm Period: about 120 days, Option Period 1: about 60 days, and Option Period 2: about 60 days.
