About this file

This document package includes a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and a notice for a federal contract opportunity.

The CDRL outlines 13 data items required to be delivered under the contract, including airworthiness documentation, flight schedules, progress reports, inventory reports, briefings, and training certificates. Relevant details include delivery frequencies ranging from one-time to quarterly or semi-annually, distribution statements, review timelines, and points of contact.

The federal contract opportunity notice seeks helicopter services for the Pacific Missile Range Facility in Hawaii. Services include training, supply, and personnel support. The single-award ID/IQ contract would have a 4-year, 364-day ordering period. Interested offerors are requested to provide capabilities statements and respond to 16 questions by May 7, 2020. Details cover aircraft types, past performance, cost per flight hour, facility requirements, and small business qualifications. The contracting agency is the Naval Air Systems Command.
