About this file
This document is a Standard Form 30 (SF-30) Amendment of Solicitation for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) issued by the Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division. The amendment removes the small business set-aside and extends the response date from 12-Mar-2025 to 18-Mar-2025 at 11:00 AM Eastern Time. The solicitation seeks commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) products and maintenance services for Rockwell Automation and Allen-Bradley equipment at the West Bethesda site, with a total BPA master dollar ceiling of $4,500,000 and individual call limitations of $249,000.
The BPA will cover preventative and corrective maintenance for specific industrial machinery, including a Prototrax Lathe, Haas UMC 750SS Mill, Mitsubishi Wire EDM FA40V, and Omax Waterjet. The period of performance is five years (April 2025 to April 2030), with pricing to be as low as or lower than the contractor's most favored customer rates. Interested vendors must submit quotes including pricing, CAGE code, FOB destination, point of contact information, GSA contract number (if applicable), business size, and payment terms. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division reserves the right to issue multiple agreements and will evaluate vendors based on the lowest "price per service".
