About this file

This Contract Data Requirements List outlines reporting requirements for a federal contract to provide project planning charts. The contractor must submit project schedules on a monthly basis to the COR and TA. The initial draft is due 45 days after contract award with a second draft due at 90 days. Subsequent submissions will occur monthly or with a notation of no changes. Reports shall include PDF, MPP and XML file formats distributed through DoD SAFE. Pricing is to be estimated according to effort required to develop the data items and conform with government standards.

The related federal opportunity is a solicitation from the Department of the Navy to provide design, engineering, manufacturing and testing support for composite propulsors, shafts, bearings and other naval vessel components. Services include manufacturing design drawings, fabrication and assembly of prototype hardware as well as equipment for supporting R&D and testing. Scale models, full prototypes and demonstration items for sea trials will be developed for propulsors as well as other ship components such as sonar windows and deck structures. This requirement is set aside for small businesses only.
