Attachment 3 – Key Personnel Qualifications Senior Engineer Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited educational institution in Engineering, Material Science, Physical Science, or related field, or, a minimum of 10 years of work experience in a related field.
· Five or more years of experience in manufacturing or design of composite structures, or related field.
Desired Qualifications:
· Graduate degree in Engineering, Material Science, Physical Science, or related field.
· Approximately 10 or more years performing technical engineering activities related to composite structures and materials, particularly for marine applications
· Approximately five or more years in an engineering leadership role, to include coordination of engineering tasks, integration of technical results, and development of technical products for delivery to a customer.
· Approximately five or more years of experience in technical R&D projects, involving the development and/or application of novel technical solutions.
· Approximately five or more years of experience in the technical execution of DoD projects.
