The optional site visit is scheduled for May 1, 2026, from 0900-1100 at the place of performance. Attendance is voluntary and does not affect vendor eligibility to quote or be evaluated for award. Vendors requesting visitor passes must email Marty Terry at marty.s.terry2.civ@us.navy.mil with copies to marty.arvin2.civ@us.navy.mil and daniele.m.wessel.civ@us.navy.mil using the subject line "Visitor Pass for N0016426Q0119" at least 3 days prior to the visit. Registration requires business name, attendee names and titles, and contact information. NSWC Crane personnel will escort visitors between the Visitor Center and Buildings 365 and 366. Visitors driving on base must provide all three required documents: valid state driver's license, proof of insurance, and proof of vehicle registration. Rental vehicle drivers must be listed on the rental agreement.
