16. REMARKS

BLK 4: The CSDR Plan is included as a contract attachment.

Data submitters can obtain information on how to gain access to the DCARC Portal/Submit- Review System via the DCARC website located at http://cade.osd.mil/csdr.

Subcontractor Reporting: Prime contractors are responsible for flowing down CSDR requirements contained in their prime contracts to all subcontractors who meet the reporting thresholds specified in the DoDI 5000.02, or as required by the CWIPT. This includes requiring subcontractors to electronically report directly to the DCARC using the CSDR Submit-Review System.

BLK 8: Approval for the CWBS shall be for technical content and contractual compliance in accordance with DI-MGMT-81334D (or most recently approved version). The Government will review, comment on, and approve or reject the CWBS using the CSDR Submit-Review System within five (5) business days after receipt. DCARC will review the CWBS for mathematical consistency and metadata completeness according to the OSD DDCA-approved contract CSDR plan and the applicable DID.The DCARC has established a goal of fifteen (15) business days to validate the CWBS and provide notification of acceptance or rejection. If the DCARC finds the CWBS to be unacceptable, the Contractor shall resubmit within thirty (30) business days. If the DCARC finds the CWBS to be acceptable, the CWBS will be loaded into the DACIMS database.

BLK 9: DISTRIBUTION STATEMENT D: Distribution authorized to the Department of Defense and U.S. DoD contractors only; Administrative or Operational Use; June 2017.

Other U.S. requests shall be referred to PEO IWS 10.0.

BLKS 10, 12 & 13: The Contractor shall prepare and submit the first contract CWBS Index and Dictionary at the same time the first Interim Report is due or, when the Initial Report is due. The Contractor shall also maintain and update the Dictionary throughout the life of the contract. If changes to the CWBS occur, the contractor must submit an updated CWBS Index and Dictionary with the next affected CSD Reports.

The contract CSDR plan uses the event field as the driver for the submission of the reports, not the "as of date." If the event slips, the Contractor shall notify the Government that a date change is needed.

BLK 14: The CWBS will be submitted electronically using the CSDR Submit-Review System.
