Correct the CLIN description so that the backfit kits are to “backfit an AN/USG‐2 System or the LBTS,” not both.
Line Item 0032, 1032, 2032, 3032, 4032, 5032 and 6032 description are being revised on Amendment 00010 from “…AN/USG‐2 System and Land Based Test Site (LBTS)…” to read

4 RFP 219 Section L 4.2 Section L, 4.2 Schedule states:
"The Offeror shall provide a detailed schedule for the first delivery for each item in accordance with Section F."
Section F consists of a listing of all CLINs.
Please correct the statement to say that offerors shall provide a detailed schedule for the first delivery for each unique end item in accordance with Section F.
Section L, 4.2 Schedule is revised to read as follows: “The Offeror shall provide a detailed schedule for the first delivery for each of the following line items 0001, 0004, 0007, 0014, 0017, 0032, 0033, 0034, 0037 and 3010, in accordance with Section F.”

Amendment 9 L.4(2) Manufacture and Assembly does not include the ability to manufacture and assemble “Radio Frequency (RF) items, specifically phased array antennas, and RF components”. This ability is still required in support of AN/USB‐ 3B System (Airborne) production.

Section L.4(2) Testing is revised as follows:
Testing ‐ The Offeror shall describe its ability to test manufactured and COTS items including, but not limited to, Radio Frequency (RF) items, specifically phased array antennas, and RF components, highly complex mechanical enclosures of electrical components and electronic circuit card assembles, components, including associated processes. 8 RFP 224 L.6 (1) L.6 (1) states:
"‐ The Offeror shall submit its Price and Cost summaries...for the first unit of each firm fixed price line item."
and "‐ The Offeror shall submit a material detailed Bill of Material (BOM) estimate for the first unit of each line item."
It is unclear as to whether these requirements apply to the first unit of each unique FFP end item (i.e.
AN/USG‐2B (AEGIS)) or the first unit of each FFP CLIN.
Please correct the requirement to stipulate that Price and Cost summaries and material detailed Bill of Material (BOM) estimate are only required for the first unit of each FFP unique end item (i.e., variant), not for the first unit of each Contract Line Item.
Section L.6 (1) is revised as follows:
For Firm Fixed Price (FFP) line items the Offeror shall:
‐ The Offeror shall submit its Price and Cost summaries in accordance with the Contractors accounting structure for the first unit of firm fixed price line items 0001, 0004, 0007, 0014, 0017, 0032, 0033, 0034, 0037 and 3010. The Offeror’s proposal shall provide complete visibility by calendar year (or contractor calendar year) labor hours, labor costs, material costs, other direct costs, indirect costs, Facilities Capital Cost of Money (FFCOM), and profit.
