The Contractor shall propose and install a completely stand-alone IP base PCAS with recording capability. Inter-site connectivity will be over the base fiber infrastructure. Currently, the ATCT has a PCAS based on the eOn Millennium Digital Communications Platform that interfaces with the FAA approved ATCT Small Tower Voice Switch (STVS) to support the Primary Crash capability. Due to the current PCAS solution reaching end of life, the new system shall replace the existing PCAS capability and integrate with the existing FAA STVS. The new solution shall be a stand-alone system, that will provide ring down and alarm capabilities specified below. The new PCAS shall include the following capabilities but not limited to:

The primary and secondary call handler configurations shall mirror each other with same capabilities, functions, and services.
2.2.1.1 Both handlers shall include monitor, mouse and keyboard.
2.2.1.2 System shall include 3 monitoring consoles (1 at ATCT Cab, 1 at ATCT 1st floor, and 1 at BDOC/Fire Dispatch). All consoles shall include monitor, mouse and keyboard.
2.2.1.3 System shall have capability to easily add and remove ring down phones and/or listen only phones.
2.2.2 Supply, configure and install 8 ring-down (full 2-ways) VoIP phones.
2.2.2.1 Phones shall be red, with visual flashing light indicator.
2.2.2.2 Phones shall have LCD display.
2.2.2.3 Phones shall be Push-to-talk (PTT) with noise reduction/cancellation feature.
2.2.3 Supply, configure and install 3 receive/listen only VoIP phones.
2.2.3.1 Phones shall be red, with visual flashing light indicator.
