About this file
This amendment modifies the statement of work for a solicitation seeking a Primary Crash Alarm System. The revised statement of work now includes a diagram referenced in the original document. Offerors should use the updated seven-page statement of work when preparing proposals. The amendment does not alter other dates from the original solicitation, which remains open for the Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Test Center to procure a Primary Crash Alarm System for use at Air Force Plant 42. Offerors should review all six attachments for requirements and submission instructions.

Amendment-2 to Combined Synopsis/Solicitation FA9301-24-Q-0006 Primary Crash Alarm System (PCAS)
Date of this Amendment-2: 06 Mar 2024
Amendment-2 to this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is to update the Model Contract Attachment-1 Statement of Work (SOW).
Offerors should note, the original Combined Synopsis/Solicitation attachment titled “Model Contract Attachment-1 to FA9301-24-Q-0006 PCAS Statement of Work Dated 27 Feb 2024” did NOT contain the diagram referenced in SOW Section 2.1.2.
This Amendment-2 to the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is to provide the updated SOW titled “Attachment-1 to FA9301-24-Q-0006 PCAS Statement of Work Dated 27 Feb 2024 Rev.1” which changes the SOW page count from 6 pages to 7 pages, and adds the Diagram noted in SOW Section 2.1.2 to the end of the SOW.
Offerors are advised to use the updated SOW posted to SAM.gov via this Amendment-2 when preparing their offers. The original SOW will be removed with this Amendment-2 posting, therefore the total number of attachments posted to this SAM.gov Combine Synopsis/Solicitation posting is going from five (5) to six (6) [i.e. four (4) on the original post, one (1) with Amendment-1, one (1) deleted / one (1) revised / and one (1) added with this Amendment-2]
The Government does not deem the change made with this Amendment-2 to warrant an alteration to the due dates specified in the original posting, therefore the due dates for all required items remain unchanged from the original posting.
