4.7.1 Quality Control 369

The contractor shall develop a TO specific Quality Control Plan (QCP) and maintain an effective quality 370 control program to ensure services are performed in accordance with the PWS for each TO issued by the 371 Government. The contractor shall develop and implement procedures to identify, prevent, and ensure 372 non-recurrence of defective services. The contractors QCP is the means by which it assures that work 373 complies with the requirement of the contract. 374 The finalized QCP will be accepted by the Government at the time of the award of the TO. The PCO may 376 notify the contractor of required modifications to the plan during the contract PoP. The contractor then 377 shall coordinate suggested modifications and obtain acceptance of the plan by the PCO. Any 378 modifications to the program during the contract PoP shall be provided to the PCO for review no later 379 than 10 working days prior to effective date of the change. The QCP shall be subject to the Governments 380 review and approval. The Government may find the QCP "unacceptable" whenever the contractors’ 381 procedures do not accomplish quality control objective(s). The contractor shall revise the QCP within 10 382 working days from receipt of notice that QCP is found "unacceptable." 383
