Block9: This contract is to provide management and operations services for the USMC SECREP Logistics Integration Support Program. The purpose of this contract is to provide responsive and cost effective supply chains for each SECREP in order to increase component availability and reliability as a complement/alternative to existing intermediate and depot maintenance and/or Inventory Control Point (ICP) capabilities. Current LIS mission support is provided utilizing a Government-Owned Contractor-Operated (GOCO) services and facilities and Contractor-Own Contractor-Operated (COCO) Information Technology (IT) system (i.e. MAXIMO) based capability that enables the Fleet Marine Forces (FMF) and Supporting Establishment (SE) to induct select Secondary Reparables (SECREP) for Commercial Repair, Overhaul And Rebuild (ROR) with the use of a single integrator that provides the requested secondary reparable maintenance services using multiple commercial vendors. These services are provided to the nine (9) customers including I MEF, II MEF, III MEF (Okinawa), III MEF (Hawaii), MARFORRES, BIC, Marine Corps Wholesale Activity (MPB), Production Plant Albany (A)and the Barstow Depot.

| text: 1) A position shall be required the capability to obtain and maintain at least a Secret Security Clearance Eligibility to be granted access to IT-Level II sensitive information per DOD 5200.01 and SECNAV 5510.30 C. If unable to obtain the required DOD investigation to access the IT Level II sensitive information THE POSITION SHALL BE VACATED AND ANOTHER PERSON SHALL BE MADE AVAILABLE WITH THE REQUIRED SECURITY CLEARANCE Eligibility requirements. All work to be performed on this effort will be performed on-site at the (MARCORLOGCCOM), Albany, GA. The contractor shall be responsible for safeguarding all government property provided for the contract. 1) Block 10a: Classified COMSEC material is not releasable to contractor employees who have not received a FINAL clearance at the appropriate security level. COMSEC access shall be IAW DoD 5220.22-M. When access is required at Government facilities, contractor personnel will adhere to COMSEC rules and regulations as mandated by Command policy and procedures. Written concurrence of the KO is required prior to subcontracting. 2)Block 11a: The contractor shall comply with the requirements of the DOD 5200.01/5510.30c and MCO. 5510.18B for the procedures for handling, marking, storing, transmitting, releasing and destruction of classified information. 3)Block: 10j/11l: The contractor shall comply with the requirements of the DODI 5200.48 and DOD 5200.01 vol 4 for the procedures for handling, marking, storing, transmitting, releasing and destruction of "(CUI)"(Control Unclassified Information. 3)In addition to the reporting requirements directed by the NISPOM (DOD 5220.22M), the contractor will provide a concurrent report of loss or compromise of classified and/or unclassified controlled information to a) Commanding General, Marine Corps Logistics Command (Attn: Security Manager) |
2) Duties are perform in an Open Storage Secret area and contractor personnel must be cleared at the appropriate access level before entering his/her workspace. No Interim Clearance will be granted unless PSQ is on file locally and have been viewed by the Command Security Manager Office (CSMO). All adverse information must be report to the CSMO for mandatory reporting requirements under the Command Continuous Evaluation Program (CEP).
