Question No.
Solicitation Section Comment/Question Answers
SF 1449
SF 1449 – Continuation Sheet based on the answer to Q&A 3 as the quantities for the Course Development CLINS do not reflect the number of total number of classes for the number of courses required; they only reflect the number of classes per course.
We believe that the quantities should be revised to the following to account for the total number of classes needed for number of courses required:
CLIN SERVICES QTY UNIT
X001 Course Development and Facilitation
X001AA Air War College 10 EA
X001AB Army War College 10 EA
X001AC National Defense University 24 EA
X001AD Naval War College 20 EA
X001AE
Joint and Combined Warfighting School
24 EA
X001AF USMC Command and Staff College 10 EA
X001AG
USA Command and General Staff College
12 EA
Upon further review of the PWS Section 3.1 Table – Schedule of Courses and their corresponding CLINs for the base period and option periods, the Government concurs that the quantities for the following CLINs are incorrect and will be revised in Amendment 0004.
1001AC, 2001AC,
3001AC and 4001AC are revised to reflect a Qty.
of 24 EA
1001AD, 2001AD,
3001AD and 4001AD will remain at Qty of 1.
“or 2” has been removed; and
0001AE, 1001AE,
2001AE, 3001AE and 4001AE are revised to reflect a Qty. of 24 EA.
See Amendment 0004.
