In an effort to assist the Government’s Past Performance Evaluation Team in assessing your past performance relevancy and confidence, we request that the following consent letter be completed by the major subcontractors / teaming partners identified in your Proposal. The completed consent letters should be submitted as part of your Past Performance Volume.
Ms. Palustre:
We, [insert company name], are participating as a teaming partner with [insert prime contractor or name of entity providing Proposal] in responding to the Department of the Navy, Marine Corp Request for Proposal # (insert RFQ # here) for (insert name of requirement here).
We understand that the Government is placing increased emphasis on past performance in order to obtain best value in source selections.
