This notice announces a multiple award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract opportunity with the United States Marine Corps for technical, analytical, engineering, and capability portfolio management support services to the Director of the Capabilities Development Directorate. The contract will be set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The base IDIQ awards will be made to approximately four contractors who will then compete for task orders providing critical capabilities support, including development of joint capabilities documents, analysis of capability gaps and needs, and assessments of training standards. The requirement includes recurring and ad hoc support across divisions involving command and control, fires and maneuver, force protection, intelligence, logistics, marine air ground task force integration, and other areas. The contract type will be firm fixed price for support services and cost reimbursement for travel. The period of performance is five years for task order issuance.
