About this file

Attachment E, Table 1 is a detailed pricing template for a proposed 10-year lease of warehouse and related space in the Philippines. The table breaks down rental rates by different cost components including shell rent, tenant improvements, base rent, operating expenses, and value-added tax. The pricing template allows offerors to propose rental rates across multiple categories, with flexibility to adjust the format or submit alternative rent schedules. Key rental rate components include amortized tenant improvements, base rent, operating expenses (utilities, maintenance, janitorial), and potential value-added tax, with rates calculated on a per net square meter basis for each of the 10 lease years.
