The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation to acquire one robotic shot peen system in support of the 402nd Commodities Maintenance Group at Robins Air Force Base. The system must be capable of shot peening steel shot sizes 280 and 550 using a robotic arm within an internal area of at least 5 feet by 8 feet by 10 feet. The system will be installed in Building 142 at Robins AFB. This requirement is being solicited as a Small Business Set-Aside.

16. REMARKS
BLOCKS 4,11: Contractor shall submit a report on ALL mishaps,damage to DoD property, and employee injury, to the Installation Safety Office telephonically within four (4) hours after initial notification. Written report shall be submitted within three (3) calendar days of mishap. Electronic submissions are acceptable. Information that is not available at the time of the initial notification shall be provided within 20 calendar days after the mishap.
