| Home AirField | List the names of all Home Airfields that your firm plans to use to meet the NIFE student throughput requirements of the PWS. All Home Airfields listed shall be available for use for the 5 year period of performance. |
| Airfield Lease Duration Remaining | List the ownership rights (fee simple ownership; lease; contingency lease; etc.). State the number of years that your firm has agreements to use each Home Airfield required to meet the NIFE student throughput requirements of the PWS. |
| Distance from USNA or NSCA (40 statute mile driving distance) | List the distances (that meet the PWS requirement) from NASC or USNA for all of your firm's Home Airfields in the Penscola area or in the Gulf Shores area. |
| Class III Medical Status | Do you plan to ensure that all of your CFIs have a current Class III Medical prior to the end of Mobilization? [Yes or No] |
| NACLC Clearance | Do all of your firm's proposed CFIs have NACLC clearances or can they provide requests for clearances by the end of Mobilization? [Yes or No] |
| Hours of Instructor Experience | Do the log books of all of your proposed CFIs reflect 100 hours of instructor experience or will they by the end of Moblization? [Yes or No] |
| Home Airfield Facilities Area | Do your planned Home Airfield facilities provide space to support a maximum of 60 students as required in the PWS based on or will they by the end of Mobilization? [Yes or No] |
| Flight Activity Area | Do the Home Airfields in your plan and associated training areas provide enough space to support student throughput as required in the PWS and in the NIFE training syllabus. [Yes or No] |
| Maintenance Area | Do the maintenance areas in your plan provide enough space to support student throughput as required in the PWS? [Yes or No] |
| Potable Water | Does each of your firm's planned Home Airfields have enough potable that students can use as required in the PWS? [Yes or No] |
