About this file
This instructional guide is issued by the Kenton County Airport Board (KCAB) in Kentucky to establish the pre-registration requirements for vendors attending pre-bid and pre-proposal meetings. KCAB requires all attendees to pre-register using the RSVP function in the OpenGov system at least 24 hours in advance of any pre-bid or pre-proposal meeting. The guide addresses the On-Call Environmental Consulting Services opportunity, which includes a pre-proposal meeting scheduled for Thursday, March 12, 2026 at 10:00 am at CVG Centre, Admin Offices in Erlanger, Kentucky. Questions regarding the proposal must be submitted by 11:59 pm on Monday, March 23, 2026, with answers to be posted no later than Thursday, March 26, 2026 at 11:59 pm. Proposals must be received by Thursday, April 2, 2026 at 2:00 pm, with no late submissions accepted unless KCAB issues an addendum extending the deadline.
The RSVP process requires that each company designate an administrator who adds all attending individuals to the company's OpenGov account, after which each person attending must individually complete the RSVP registration. Multiple employees from the same company may attend and register separately. The pre-registration process allows KCAB to conduct necessary security clearances prior to site visits and to arrange adequate transportation. Vendors are directed to the OpenGov Help Center at https://opengov.my.site.com/support/s/procurement for additional detailed instructions regarding account setup and system navigation.

Kenton County Airport Board Instructional Guide for Vendors to RSVP to PreBid/PreProposal Meetings
KCAB requires all attendees for all pre-bid and pre-proposal meetings to pre-register using the RSVP function in OpenGov at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting. Properly completing this RSVP process ensures that KCAB can perform all required security clearances prior to the site visit and ensures that adequate transportation is arranged.
The person attending the meeting must be the one to RSVP so that we have an accurate list of attendee names.
This document is being provided as a brief overview of the RSVP process. Bidders are encouraged to review the online Help Center provided by OpenGov, accessible at this link:
https://opengov.my.site.com/support/s/procurement for more in depth instructions pertaining to accounts and system navigation.
Adding users to your account
Admin is available for users with an admin role, and it allows them to add and disable users as part of their company account. An admin for your company must add every individual who is attending the meeting.
Then the individual attending the meeting must complete the RSVP. Multiple people from the same company can register, but each must complete the RSVP individually.
