The determination covers construction classifications including asbestos workers/insulators ($41.35/hour base rate plus $16.46 fringes), hazardous material handlers ($37.38/hour plus $19.55 fringes), boilermakers ($58.33/hour plus $28.79 fringes), various carpenter classifications ($40.91–$56.44/hour), divers with depth and saturation premiums ($48.72–$92.83/hour), electricians and cable splicers ($55.44/hour), elevator mechanics ($71.44/hour), power equipment operators in multiple groups ($44.06–$60.86/hour), ironworkers ($43.48–$47.89/hour), laborers with geographic and task-based variations ($29.82–$59.41/hour), painters ($37.29–$47.42/hour), plumbers and steamfitters ($41.50–$55.66/hour), roofers ($52.07/hour), sheet metal workers ($52.08–$58.73/hour), and truck drivers in five classifications ($47.62–$53.05/hour). The wage determination applies to all building and heavy construction projects but explicitly excludes residential construction consisting of single-family homes and apartments up to four stories. Special provisions include depth premiums for underwater diving work, enclosure premiums with no vertical ascent, saturation diving rates, and a 10% premium for tunnel or underground work. The document also notes that Executive Orders 13786 and 13658 establish minimum wage requirements of $13.30/hour for covered federal contracts in 2025, with paid sick leave provisions. Unlisted classifications needed for work not included in the scope may be added after award per 29 CFR 5.5(a)(1)(iii).
