About this file
This document contains a performance monitoring plan (PMP) for a USAID program in Haiti. The PMP outlines over 50 performance indicators across three development objectives: increasing resilience to shocks and stresses; promoting inclusive, locally-driven economic growth and social development; and improving responsive governance. Data will be collected through surveys, participant records, and implementing partner reports. Responsibility for data collection is assigned to survey contractors and implementing partners. Baseline and endline data will be collected for many indicators, with some data gathered annually. The PMP provides details on the indicators, data sources, responsibilities, and collection frequencies to measure and evaluate progress of the USAID program in Haiti.
A related federal contract opportunity is also included. The solicitation seeks proposals from qualified organizations to implement the USAID Livestock Market Systems Resilience Activity in Haiti's northern and southern resilience focus zones. The activity aims to strengthen the livestock market system to increase household and community resilience through more productive and competitive cattle, poultry, and small ruminant sub-sectors. Employing an inclusive market systems approach, the contractor will implement interventions around livestock production, animal health services, input/output market access, processing/marketing, and private sector/finance engagement. Proposals are due by the specified date. The solicitation is being conducted through full and open competition under USAID Haiti.
