About this file
This document is an amendment to a Request for Proposal issued by USAID/Haiti for the Livestock Market Systems Resilience Activity. The amendment makes changes to the technical proposal requirements, consultant salary terms, and qualifications for the Deputy Chief of Party position. The RFP seeks proposals from qualified organizations to provide services to increase the resilience of households and communities in two designated Resilience Focus Zones through improving the livestock market system. Specifically, the selected contractor will work to sustainably intensify livestock production, strengthen animal health services, increase access to input and output markets, improve processing operations, and catalyze private sector engagement and financing. Proposals are due by the date specified and must follow the instructions and evaluation criteria outlined in the RFP. The amendment provides additional clarification on proposal content and the Deputy Chief of Party role.
