About this file

This is a Certified Disadvantaged Business Outreach Plan attachment for ITB S-63500-00015960, the Applegate Gravel Augmentation project administered by the State of Oregon through DAS Procurement Services. The project involves placing 500 cubic yards of gravel in the Applegate River approximately 0.6 miles downstream of the Applegate Dam. Bidders must complete this attachment as part of their bid submission and certify that they have taken reasonable steps to ensure Certified Firms are provided equal opportunity to compete for and participate in any resulting subcontracts.

The attachment requires bidders to disclose their own certification status under ORS 200.055 (including Disadvantaged Business Enterprise, Minority-Owned Business, Woman-Owned Business, Service-Disabled Veteran, or Emerging Small Business designations), list prior contractual relationships with both Certified and non-Certified firms within the past two years, identify anticipated subcontracting opportunities and their approximate dollar values, describe outreach steps to solicit Certified Firms, and indicate willingness to report subcontractor information to the Oregon Certification Office for Business Inclusion and Diversity (COBID). The outreach plan is mandatory for bidders anticipating subcontracting opportunities but is submitted for informational purposes only and does not factor into bid evaluation.
