Contractor of full responsibility for the subcontractor's performance and compliance, and does not limit the City's right to direct removal of a subcontractor for cause. The Contractor shall remove any subcontractor from the Project upon the City's written direction if the subcontractor becomes debarred, suspended, or ineligible, or materially fails to comply with this Contract.
