About this file

This document is an Addendum to an Invitation to Bid (ITB) issued by the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) for the Ona Beach Maintenance Station and Facility Repairs project. The Addendum extends the bid closing date to January 24, 2024, at 1:00 PM, and establishes a voluntary walkthrough of the facilities due to interest from prospective bidders. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for January 18, 2024, at 9:00 AM at the project site located at 12735 NW Pacific Coast Hwy 101, Seal Rock, OR 97376, though attendance is not mandatory. The project involves upgrading siding, windows, exterior doors, and adding overhead doors at various buildings within the Ona Beach Maintenance Station in Lincoln County, Oregon.

The Addendum does not provide any details regarding pricing, set-asides, incumbents, funding requirements or sources, or contract term and renewal options. Bidders are advised to review the original ITB document for those details.
