The document provides responses referencing FDOT Standard Specifications, Standard Plans, and attached exhibits for clarification.
The addendum includes two attachments: a property appraisal map showing potential laydown locations and an image depicting the clearance between a fence and vegetation. Bidders are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum on page 24 of the original ITB packet, with failure to do so potentially resulting in disqualification. The responses indicate minimal tree removal is anticipated, with some potential trimming needed, and provide specific technical guidance on construction methods and materials using Florida Department of Transportation standards.
