About this file

This document is an Addendum No. 1 for Invitation to Bid (ITB) 25-49 issued by the City of Oviedo, Florida, addressing the Town and Country Rd Undermined Culvert project. The addendum provides clarifications and responses to ten specific questions from potential bidders regarding project details, including maintenance of traffic, tree trimming, asphalt specifications, erosion control, headwall construction, sidewalk and curb design, pond depth, material staging yard locations, and access to the project site. The document requires bidders to acknowledge receipt of the addendum on page 24 of the original ITB packet, with failure to do so potentially resulting in disqualification.

The addendum references FDOT (Florida Department of Transportation) Standard Specifications and Plans for various construction elements, indicating that the project will follow state-level infrastructure standards. Specific details include a pond approximately 12 feet deep, potential staging yard locations, and approximately 10-11 feet of clearance between a fence and vegetation, with possible tree trimming needed. Two attachments are mentioned: a map showing potential laydown locations and an exhibit detailing clearance between the fence and vegetation. The document emphasizes that all other areas of the original ITB remain unchanged.
