About this file

This document is Addendum No. 4 for Invitation to Bid ITB-25-001-KY issued by the City of Altamonte Springs for the Construction of Spring Lake Trail from Northlake Blvd. to Oakland Rd., which involves a Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Local Agency Program (LAP) project. The addendum modifies the original solicitation by changing the bid submission deadline from Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. EST to Wednesday, August 6, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. EST, with bid opening to occur immediately after the due date and time.

The addendum also provides clarifications to the solicitation, specifically revising the certification requirements for bidders. The previous requirement for a Certificate of Qualification from FDOT that included "Portland Cement Concrete Paving" has been modified. Bidders must now submit a current active Certificate of Qualification from FDOT that includes the sectors of Flexible Paving and Drainage. The addendum removes the previous requirement that Portland Cement Concrete Paving certification could be satisfied by a subcontractor, directing potential bidders to refer to Attachment A - Technical Specifications Section 2, 2-1 for pre-qualification contractor requirements.
