About this file

This is an instructional document for the State of Illinois Vendor Registration process within the IPG (Illinois Procurement Gateway) system. The document provides step-by-step guidance for vendors seeking to update or resubmit their registration information. Vendors must log into their IPG account, navigate to the "Start/Renew Vendor Registration" section under Key Actions, and select "State of Illinois Vendor Registration" from available options. The process allows vendors to autofill new registrations using active or denied previous registrations, or to begin with a blank registration form. Vendors are required to complete each registration form, make necessary modifications, save their work, attach required documents, and submit changes for review by clicking "Next."

No specific contract details, pricing terms, award dates, contract terms, or renewal options are outlined in this document. This file serves solely as procedural guidance for vendors navigating the IPG registration system and does not contain information regarding specific procurement opportunities, funding sources, or set-asides.
