About this file
This file is a vendor registration guide from the Iowa Department of Administrative Services (DAS) for the state's eProcurement system. The document provides information about registering as a vendor to access IMPACS (Iowa Management of Procurement & Contracts System) and the JAGGAER ONE platform, which consolidates vendor, contract, and sourcing data. The guide outlines the vendor registration process, explains how vendors can receive bid opportunities via email by registering under specific commodity codes, and directs vendors to review all available IMPACS commodity codes. Vendors are encouraged to create accounts and complete their vendor registration in the portal after account creation. The document emphasizes that registration enables vendors to access multiple IMPACS and JAGGAER applications using the same credentials.
The file addresses frequently asked questions regarding vendor registration, including provisions for forwarding invitations to other company representatives, procedures for regaining access when primary contacts leave the company, and data security assurances that JAGGAER maintains vendor information confidentially without selling or sharing it for unauthorized purposes. The document clarifies key terminology such as DBA (Doing Business As) and Diversity Classification certifications. Support services are available through JAGGAER's online support request system at https://www.jaggaer.com/submit-supplier-request/ or by telephone at 1-800-233-1121 (option 3), Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST. The vendor registration process is a prerequisite for participating in state procurement opportunities issued by Iowa agencies.

Someone else in my company will complete the registration, not me. Can I forward my invitation?
Yes, you may forward the invite to anyone you would like in your company.
We find in most cases a sales rep or account manager is best equipped to complete this activity.
Please note, however, that once a user name and password has been created, the invitation can no longer be forwarded. In this case, please contact your buyer to reissue your invitation.
Our organization's primary contact is no longer with the company and I need to gain access to the portal – What do I do?
Submit a support ticket here to our online host JAGGAER at: https://www.jaggaer.com/submit-supplier-support-request/ Please include your company’s Tax ID Number. This information is used to verify that you are with the company and that the correct company profile is being edited.
What does JAGGAER do with the information I enter into my profile? Will it be sold or used for any purpose not described
JAGGAER securely saves your company's information in its database; only select JAGGAER administrators and JAGGAER customer procurement specialists have access to your information.
Your information will not be sold or used for any other purpose.
What is DBA?
