About this file
This is a vendor registration and procurement guidance document from the Iowa Department of Administrative Services (DAS) that supports the state's electronic procurement system. The document provides comprehensive instructions for vendors seeking to register and conduct business with the State of Iowa through IMPACS (Iowa Management of Procurement & Contracts System), which operates on the JAGGAER ONE platform. The registration process allows vendors to create unified credentials for accessing IMPACS and Jaggaer applications, enabling them to receive bid opportunities via email based on selected commodity codes. The document includes direct links to the vendor registration portal, solicitation posting sites, and registration guides, along with detailed frequently asked questions addressing common vendor concerns such as account access, profile management, information security, and technical support resources.
The document emphasizes that vendor information entered into the JAGGAER system is securely maintained and accessible only to authorized JAGGAER administrators and procurement specialists, with no information sold or used for purposes beyond those described. Vendors can obtain support through multiple channels, including the JAGGAER support ticket system, online supplier support resources, and telephone assistance at 1-800-233-1121 (option 3) during business hours Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST. The registration process accommodates designated company representatives other than the primary contact and allows for account recovery through tax identification verification. The document does not specify pricing structures, set-aside designations, incumbent contractor information, or funding amounts, as it serves as a general registration and guidance resource rather than addressing specific contract opportunities or financial terms.
