Deliverable Review Process Air Force Contractor Regulators Task: Prepare working copy document.
Timeframe: Dependent on task Scope: Dependent on task Task: Review working copy document.
Timeframe: 30 calendar days (max) Scope: Comments will focus on regulatory, factual, technical, and legal issues and should not conflict with the terms and conditions of the contract (e.g., directing the contractor on approach).
Tasks: Incorporate review comments. Prepare submittal letter.
Timeframe: Dependent on task Scope: Evaluate and incorporate all regulatory, factual, technical, and legal Air Force comments that do not conflict with the terms and conditions of the contract.
Task: Review draft document and sign submittal letter if document is acceptable. Return for further revisions if required.
Timeframe: 7 calendar days (max) Scope: Review and sign submittal letter. Provide letter to Contractor.
Task: Obtain regulatory review of draft document.
Timeframe: TBD Scope: Distribute submittal letter and document to regulators. Provide copies to the Air Force.
Task: Provide regulatory review.
Timeframe: FFA/DSMOA/Circumstantial Scope: Provide regulatory review of submitted document.
Tasks: Resolve comments and revise document. Prepare submittal letter.
Timeframe: TBD Scope: Provide timely evaluation and resolution of regulatory comments with a goal of meeting predetermined objectives.
Task: Submit final document.
Timeframe: TBD Scope: Submit final document for regulatory acceptance/concurrence.
