Please clarify the SOW. | 15-May-20 | AR #s 759 and 916 | The removal and abandonment of the Liquid Fuels Distribution System (LFDS) portion of Site ST067a is found in the Final Report for Liquid Fuel Distribution System Removal, Underground Storage Tank Removal and Oil-Water Separator Inspection dated Janaury 1995 and prepared by Odgen Environmental Services, which is AR #s 759 and 916. | 20-May-20 | |

| 114 | Southwest IDEQ_Schedule B_CLIN Structure and Price Model_v1_02112020.xlsx | Excel file “Southwest IDEQ_Schedule B_CLIN Structure and Price Model_v1_02112020.xlsx” shows that Sites FT082 and SS083 are under severable and RAO CLIN 008. However, Excel file “20200109_Southwest TO2 Price Model v2.xlsx” shows George Sites FT082 and SS083 are under non-severable CLINs 0016 and 0017, respectively. Which is correct? Also, Excel file “20200109_Southwest TO2 Price Model v2.xlsx” shows the same CLIN being used for non-severable Site SS083 at George and base year severable CLIN involving LTM sites at March. Is this correct? | 27-Apr-20 | Southwest IDEQ_Schedule B_CLIN Structure and Price Model_v1_02112020.xlsx | The IDIQ Schedule B CLIN Structure and Price Model supporting the basic contract includes both severable and non-severable CLINs for multiple sites including George Sites FT082 (severable RA-O CLIN 0008 and non-severable CLIN 0016) and SS083 (severable RA-O CLIN 0008 and non-severable CLIN 0017). The performance objective identified in the TO 2 Attch 1 Southwest Site List (vf5) for George Sites FT082 and SS083 is RC, a non-severable activity which encompasses all tasks identified at the site under TO 2. As such, the TO 2 price model accurately captures George Sites FT082 and SS083 under non-severable CLINs 0016 and 0017, respectively. |
The TO 2 Price Model has been corrected to reflect severable CLIN 0019 for LTM sites at March (revised from CLIN 0017) which aligns with the Southwest IDIQ Schedule B CLIN Structure and Price Model. Four other subsequent severable CLINs in the TO 2 Price Model (base and option year tabs) required revisions to properly align with the IDIQ Schedule B CLIN Structure and Price Model including: RA-O Sites for March (changed from CLIN 0018 to 0020), LTM Sites for Norton (changed from CLIN 0022 to 0025), LTM Sites for Williams (changed from CLIN 0025 to 0031), and RA-O Site at Williams (changed from CLIN 0026 to 0032). No changes are required to the IDIQ Schedule B CLIN Structure and Price Model.
