Questions and Answers 03 February 2015
Question: Page 169 of the PWS states that “The completed checklist does not count toward the 40 page limit.” The attachments to the PWS do not appear to include a “checklist”. Does the government have a checklist that should be completed? If not, is the government requesting that the contractor develop a list of submittal requirements and demonstrate that all requirements are being submitted?
Answer: A checklist is not required. See revised PWS Question: It’s my understanding that there are 3 incumbent contracts for this requirement. I just wanted to confirm if this new BIEST effort is just a portion of the W912HN11D0009 contract and that this is actually a direct follow-on to the contracts FA850110D0003 and FA850110D0001?
Answer: Water quality, air quality, and spill response are being combined with other environmental quality programs under one combined effort.
