Round 1

SOLICITATION Q&A LOG

HTC71125RE116 Koper, Slovenia S&RTS UPDATED: 18 Nov 2025

QUESTION #DATE RECEIVEDPROSPECTIVE VENDOR'S QUESTIONDATE OF REPLYGOVERNMENT'S RESPONSEAMEND RFQ?
1317-Nov-25Within the Schedule of Rates, Line 221 outlines the requirement for pricing washing all vehicle categories. Due to the variations in cargo size and complexities, light vehicles require different procedures as compared to heavy vehicles or tracked vehicles. As such, simply having one rate takes away from cost efficiencies that could be achieved by splitting this line item into multiple categories reflective of the cargo type.18-Nov-25The Government will not be changing or expanding any of the Schedule 10 rates within the Schedule of Rates. Any potential risks should be priced accordingly. Offerors may take into consideration the cargo quantity estimates provided. No
1417-Nov-25Within the Technical Proposal Attachment 5, the required PWS citations listed within each category prompt do not fully correspond to those listed in the PWS. Could you please review Attachment 5 as we want to ensure we include all of the required citations in our response to ensure we are technically acceptable.18-Nov-25Offerors are not required to explicity provide separate responses for each individual PWS reference identified within the Technical Worksheet questions. The PWS references are provided as a guide to assist Offerors in identifying PWS paragraphs relevant to each question and are not an all inclusive list. Technical Worksheet questions should be answered in consideration of any relevant requirement of the PWS.No
