This notice provides information about an upcoming Global Heavyweight Service contract opportunity. The United States Transportation Command intends to award multiple Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contracts to provide international and domestic heavyweight delivery services for the Department of Defense and other federal agencies. International shipments must weigh over 300 pounds to all locations including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Domestic shipments must weigh over 150 pounds within the continental United States. Services required include time-definite pick-up and delivery, transportation, shipment tracking, customs clearance processing for international shipments, and reporting of shipment data. The base period of performance is from February 1, 2019 through January 31, 2020, with two one-year option periods and an additional six month option period. To be eligible for award, the prime contractor must participate in the Civil Reserve Air Fleet program and maintain that status throughout the contract period. Questions about the performance work statement are due by April 18, 2018.

We have uploaded the pricing spreadsheet in GFM. Are there any additional actions we need to take to meet the solicitation requirements for the pricing factor?
Yes, IAW with Addendum to Clause 52.212-1, para (12), (iii)(A)(1). After the offer uploads their spreadsheet and for final proposal submission, the offer must select the "Submit to TCAQ" button within GFM.
