This document contains questions and answers regarding a solicitation for Global Heavyweight Service. The solicitation will result in multiple Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contracts to provide international and domestic heavyweight delivery services for the United States Department of Defense and Cost Reimbursable Contractors. The base period of performance is from February 2019 through January 2020, with option periods to extend through June 2022. To be eligible for award, contractors must participate in the Civil Reserve Air Fleet program and maintain that status throughout the contract period. Pricing shall be entered into the Global Freight Management system. The deadline for submission of any questions is April 18, 2018.
