Amendment #0003 to Combined Synopsis/Solicitation HT940626QE060
This is Standard Form 30 Amendment #0003 issued by the Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA), Healthcare Contracting Division-Southeast, on behalf of the 6th Medical Group at MacDill Air Force Base, Florida. The amendment extends the quotation due date from August 17, 2026 to September 25, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time and extends the deadline for written questions to September 23, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time. Additionally, Amendment #0003 addresses a system error that prevented Amendment #0002 from being viewable in SAM.gov and publishes responses to questions previously submitted prior to the original solicitation closing date of August 17, 2026. The amendment modifies the Government's response to Question 1, clarifying that this is an unrestricted acquisition open to all responsible offerors; the prior 100% small business set-aside has been removed.
The solicitation seeks preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, calibration, diagnostics, and installation of replacement parts for two STERIS AMSCO 400 Series 20 small steam sterilizers and two STERIS AMSCO 2532 single-chamber washer-disinfectors at the 6th Medical Group Dental Facility. The contractor must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) certified service provider and must perform all work in accordance with OEM specifications and ISO 9001:2015 standards. The solicitation is for commercial items under NAICS Code 811210 (small business threshold $34.0M) and uses a best-value evaluation approach. Quoters must submit three separate volumes addressing technical capabilities, past performance (three relevant references within three years), and business information, including completed pricing schedules. The acquisition uses firm-fixed-price (FFP) terms, and technical and past performance factors are weighted more heavily than price in the award decision.
