The document clarifies implementation details, indicating that existing single-mode fiber from DEMARC, MDF, and IDF locations can be utilized, and rack space will be provided for network hardware. Installation work is to be performed during normal clinic business hours. Contractors are limited to submitting one proposal each, with multiple cost options not being accepted. The network will be an open public internet access system with minimal controls, only those needed for vendor requirements.
