Would the government provide a heat map for the locations? This information would be necessary to have prior to a site survey to assess any needs prior to cabling and avoid any possible delays.

No heat map available.

Could you provide additional details on the specific network performance requirements for the Wi-Fi services (e.g., minimum bandwidth per user, coverage area in square feet, expected user load per building)?

Requesting 2Gb internet connection with 1Gb per device connected to WAP. Up to 40 devices connected simultaneously.

Are there existing AP that we Are simply replacing or is wiring the building – from IDF to AP location – within Scope?

Google map ariel views of the buildings reveal structures that have similar X/Y dimensions. Is the square footage cited in the answer specific only to areas within each building that require WiFi coverage?

Yes

The government's answer states in part "The requirement is for 10 Gigabit connectivity provided by WiFi." Is it the government's intent that the 10 Gigabit connectivity requirement applies to the Internet circuit and not the WiFi infrastructure itself?

2Gb or better internet service but 1Gb user-to-access point

All of this our question which were submitted on 10/25/24, several of which are critical to our design effort, have not been answered. Is it the government's intent to answer those and any other previously unanswered questions prior to receipt of offers?

Will the government allow Offerors to examine the premises and conduct onsite site surveys prior to submission of offers?

Walkthrough scheduled for 18 November

The determination of fiber access to the government's site is a carrier-by-carrier assessment. Knowing the circumference of the conduit to determine its ability to accept additional fiber is critical information to have. For clarity, is the government requiring a new and/or additional fiber run to be provided by the contractor, and if so, will the government afford the offerors' construction teams an opportunity to perform an onsite examination of the outdoor conduit runs to determine the feasibility of fulfilling the requirement?

Will base access requirements be the same as what was required for the site visit?

Will the government make the eight (8) users requiring basic training available in the same place at the same time, and will the government make a suitable conference room or similar facility available for the training?

Yes, for training 8 users at the same time and place. Yes, for providing suitable conference room for training. Training will be on-site at NHCC.

Will there be a site visit? Yes, a site visit will be held on 18

November 2024.

Will the government please provide information on the band width and speeds needed to support these devices? Are there any services required other than internet service ie security, authentication, customized access pages, SSIDs etc?

Internet connectivity only.

The answers to question #9 and question #28 are incrementally helpful, however, offerors' can not develop a meaningful quotation without knowing the contiguous or non-contiguous layout, and encumbrances of the areas described in order to determine access point placement, coverages and layout. Will the government

Drawings will be made available via attachments in SAM.gov.

Question Answer please reconsider it's response and provide floor plans pre-submission?
