Text version

Question 5: I've reviewed the solicitation documents and noted the discrepancies in the transport types and pricing schedule. I would like to request the addition of Critical Care/Emergency transports to the pricing schedule. Furthermore, the inclusion of CLINs for mileage and bariatric transports seems necessary for comprehensive pricing. Given that all listed destinations are within 30 miles, no mileage charges should apply, but a CLIN for mileage beyond this range would be beneficial. Lastly, due to the extra personnel required for bariatric transports, a flat fee per additional provider should be considered in the invoicing structure.

Response: Bariatric transports are not required. A mileage CLIN will not be added.

Critical Care Transport-is less than 5% of ALS and shall be included in the ALS pricing.
