1. Please advise where the transport numbers of an estimated total of 835 per year as listed in 1.5 of the PWS is derived from? As incumbent, we are experiencing less than ½ of the estimated quantity expressed in the RFP.

Response: It is the average number of runs from the last five years.

1. Will the contractor for this contract always be the first call for transports?

Response: Yes

1. Will the contractor for this contract only be used when other resources are not available?

Response: There are no other resources.

1. Will the contractor for this contract alternate with other providers?

Response: There are no other providers.

1. Will the provider remain stationed off base? Or are there considerations for housing within the clinic as mentioned in some previous conversations.
