About this file

This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) seeking industry feedback on how contractors could support the Enterprise Intelligence and Data Solutions (EIDS) Program Management Office's requirements for product management, engineering/architecture, data exchange, data solutions, technical data governance, application development, and cloud hosting. The EIDS PMO manages the Military Health System Military Information Platform and is the second largest repository of health-related data in the DHA.

Responses in the form of white papers are due by March 4, 2025 at 11:00am EST, with questions due by February 20, 2025. The RFI seeks input across five key domains: Data Product Management, Technical Data Governance, Data Exchange Services, Data Solutions Services, and Cloud/UI/UX Services. White paper responses are limited to 17 total pages across these domains. The RFI will help DHMS determine whether to pursue a single competition or multiple distinct competitions for program management office support and systems integration services. While this is not a solicitation, any future RFP will be posted on SAM.gov. The work requires compliance with DoD security requirements and handling of medical/health information, though classified access is not required.
