About this file

This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) seeking industry feedback on providing support for the Enterprise Intelligence and Data Solutions (EIDS) Program Management Office's requirements across seven key domains: data product management, data governance, data exchange services, data services, cloud services, UI/UX services, and cloud compute/store services. The EIDS PMO manages the Military Health System Military Information Platform, which is the second largest repository of health-related data in DHA.

White paper responses are due by March 4, 2025 at 11:00am EST, with a 20-page limit across specific sections: 1 page for competition strategy, 3 pages each for the technical domains, and 1 page for DOD experience. Questions are due by February 20, 2025 at 3:00PM EST. The RFI seeks input on whether to conduct single or multiple competitions for program management office support and systems integration services. This is not a solicitation and does not commit the government to any procurement. The NAICS code is 541512 (Computer Systems Design Services). While this is not a classified requirement, some personnel may need security clearances to access DHA networks. The government may hold industry discussions or a virtual industry day after reviewing responses.
