RHRP-4 INDUSTRY QUESTIONS 11.1.24

1. What type of COTS or GOTS virtual health and electronic scheduling capabilities are available?

2. What is your testing process of new capabilities?

3. Are there Key Personnel we missed? Are the education/experience requirements too restrictive for obtaining viable candidates?

4. Is the one-hour drive time standard (PWS paragraph 5.1.2), met 90% of the time, feasible for RHRP? What standard might be more appropriate? What is the incremental cost of raising or lowering this standard?

5. What metrics would you propose for ensuring timely access (e.g., minimum # of days wait time to see a medical or dental provider, met x% of the time) to in-clinic services and maintaining a robust provider network in underserved areas of the US?

6. Is 45 days to submit invoices reasonable?

7. Is it feasible to deliver more than one medical readiness service at the same In-Clinic location, and what should be the appropriate measure of success for doing so?

8. What are the advantages and disadvantages of moving to a cloud-based infrastructure from the perspective of data quality checks and data upload upon completion of a Group Event? Could the timeliness standards for data upload be reduced to near real-time and how?

9. How will you maximize the use of virtual health to deliver readiness services (physical health assessments, dental, immunizations, eye exams, audiology exams, etc.) to the Service Members?

10. What steps have you taken to comply (or prepare to comply) with pending new DFARS cybersecurity requirements (i.e., CMMC)?

11. Is it feasible to include Shipping and/or Travel as part of Group Event services costs (i.e. roll-up rate)?

12. Is it feasible to have a scheduling platform which provides up-to-date provider appointment availability for all providers in the contractor’s network?
