About this file
This document contains an Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) disclosure form and attachment related to the Missile Defense Agency's (MDA) TEAMS-Next Contracting, Compliance, Cost/Price and Operations (C3PO) requirement. The form requires offerors to disclose any current contracts or subcontracts that could present an actual or potential OCI with the C3PO work scope, which includes executive-level research, analysis, advice, and product development in areas such as contract policy, pricing, support, and operations. Offerors must provide details of existing work including scope, period of performance, value, and mitigation plans for any identified OCIs. The attachment instructions require offerors to submit one form per MDA contract or subcontract describing activities that could present impaired objectivity OCIs, such as systems engineering, technical evaluations, access to proprietary information, missile defense technology development or testing, and relationships with MDA development contractors.
