1. How would you determine how many people to send to an inventory?

2. Would you use the team lead approach?

3. How do you determine what level of experience is required by your team?

4. In regards to locations A and B; these inventories are scheduled 8 hours apart, "A" end time to "B" begin time. Also consider that the locations are 30 miles from each other. How would you address this scenario? For example, would you quote on both inventories and send the same team? If so, how would you address the travel time and other issues without diminishing the quality of the inventory at both locations?
